Yes, you certainly can place a Team Banner with Individual Banners.

When you place your Team Banner, just be sure to select "Yes" under the option "Add Individual Banners for each team member?"

Keep in mind that the Individual Banner will be the same pose as the pose in the Team Banner.
If you would like the player to have different poses, then be sure to place the Individual Banner(s) on a separate order.

For consistent color results, please make sure your files include the sRGB color profile.
